Warranty Registration Notice

Thank you for purchasing products from Leader Radio Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (weareready.my).

Please note the following information regarding warranty support:

• Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or e-invoice, is required for warranty verification. Customers are advised to retain their proof of purchase for warranty reference.
• Providing accurate information during warranty registration helps us verify purchase details and provide efficient after-sales support. Warranty coverage applies regardless of whether the product is registered online.

• Warranty coverage applies to the main product unit and excludes consumable parts and accessories, as specified by the manufacturer.
• Warranty support is provided for products purchased in Malaysia through approved retail and online sales channels.

 

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply under the following conditions:

• Normal wear and tear, physical damage, broken wires, bent plugs, unauthorized disassembly, or product modifications.
• Damage resulting from external factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, lightning, or water exposure.
• Cases where no manufacturing defect is found and the issue is caused by external equipment or improper use.
• Products purchased outside Malaysia or through sales channels not intended for the Malaysian market.

Warranty coverage is provided within Malaysia only, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase.
