Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from our store.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return and a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
  • The item must be unused and undamaged.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as customized products or clearance sale items, cannot be returned. Please check the product description for details.

 

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery via email at shop@leaderradio.my or phone at (+60) 16-234 6372 to initiate the return process.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

3. Return all items, including any gifts or free items received, in their original condition and packaging.

4. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our office. Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage or loss during shipping.

5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Payment Refund

After we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.

  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 days. This refund covers the purchase amount of the returned item(s).
  • If the return is not approved, we will contact you and return the item(s) to your original shipping address.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact our customer service team immediately via email at shop@leaderradio.my or phone at (+60) 16-234 6372. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
