Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the limited warranty services provided by Leader Radio Technologies Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, or “weareready.my”) for selected products sold on weareready.my and purchased by customers in Malaysia.

All products are genuine items sourced from authorized suppliers. Warranty services are administered by Leader Radio Technologies Sdn Bhd in accordance with the terms stated below, unless otherwise specified.


1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies only within Malaysia and is valid for the original buyer of the product. The warranty cannot be transferred to another person or subsequent owner.


2. Warranty Period

The standard warranty for all products is 12 months from the date of purchase. Customers who complete online warranty registration within 30 days of purchase will receive an additional 3-month extension, for a total coverage period of 15 months.


3. Proof of Purchase

To make a warranty claim, please keep your original purchase receipt or invoice. You will need to present it when requesting warranty service to verify your purchase.


4. What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, according to the product’s user manual.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product or part with a comparable item. Customers will be notified of any replacement options.

This warranty applies only in Malaysia. Warranty coverage is provided by Leader Radio Technologies Sdn Bhd and does not imply any direct affiliation with the product’s brand.


5. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, broken wires, bent plugs, disassembly, or product modifications.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters, lightning, or water exposure.
  • Issues caused by other equipment or accessories that are not part of the product.
  • Products purchased from sources outside Malaysia or from sellers not affiliated with weareready.my.

 

6. Limitation of Liability & Implied Warranties

After the warranty period, the product is no longer covered under this limited warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, Leader Radio Technologies Sdn Bhd is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, such as loss of data, income, or inability to use the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on local laws.

 

7. Return Policy

You may request a return and a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery for most products.

Exclusions: Clearance sale items and customized products are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
  • The item must be unused and undamaged.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

8. Right to Amend
