Not Standard Sizing
Oura Ring 4 sizes are slightly different from standard ring sizes, so it is important to size yourself using our sizing kit and to follow the instructions provided. Oura Ring is available in sizes 4-15. There are no half sizes.

A properly fitting Oura Ring will result in the highest data accuracy, comfort, and overall experience.

Choose a Finger
Oura Ring works on all fingers and can be worn on either hand. For optimal accuracy, we recommend wearing your Oura Ring on your index, middle, or ring finger.

How It Should Fit
Oura Ring should fit securely and comfortably at the base of your finger. Your ring should not rotate as you go about normal daily tasks. We recommend wearing your ring sizer for at least 24 hours to confirm your best fit.

Please note: this sizing kit is only compatible with Oura Ring 4.

Stuck between sizes?

We recommend choosing the smaller size for a few reasons:

• The sensors inside your Oura Ring work best when they stay in close contact with your skin, especially the underside of your finger
• A snug fit helps keep your data accurate and your experience consistent
• Our plastic sizers can feel a bit "stickier" on your skin, so the actual Oura Ring may fit more smoothly.

Fulfilment for both West and East Malaysia takes 1–3 days and operates Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Orders are shipped via City-Link Express.

Delivery within West Malaysia typically takes 2–7 days, while delivery to East Malaysia usually requires 10–14 days.
